Objectives Introduce the ethos and mission, the problems being addressed and the approach used to solve them, and data on the progress towards solving them.

Solution Collected data (quant + qual) from global community and companies in our startup network to show progress against global challenges. Interviewed stakeholders to find alignment on goals and purposes. Then used findings to construct a high-level narrative around the company’s vision.

Deliverable Printed booklet

Outcomes Became a foundational, guiding document for the company that told our story and gave both staff and clients a shared language to work from.
